Emphasis will be provided on defendants' summary judgement arguments to plaintiffs' claims; the impact of the class action on individual actions; pretrial order issues; motions in limine; numerous evidentiary issues that arise during trial; damages theories; cases and issues on appeal; insurance coverage issues including manifestation date rules; impact of economic loss rule; homeowner reclad options and analysis; stigma damages; applicability of the building code; model code agency involvement; applicable standards for various subcontractors; drainable EIFS as a remedial measure; when will it all end; and much more.
