Cases Resolved

We have had great success in settling EIFS cases. However, the circumstances of each and every lawsuit and are different and we are unable to make any guarantees concerning the outcome of any litigation.

The following tally is an indicator of the number of these cases which we have resolved. Although we are constrained by the confidentiality provisions of the settlement agreements entered into in these cases, we are permitted to say that our clients have been very satisfied with the settlements.

Most of the cases settle at mediation, or shortly thereafter. (See Should you file a Lawsuit for further discussion of the dynamics of EIFS mediations.)
